We will 'phrase' the problems in a clear and concise professional manner with a digital photographic record and trade terminology describing the issue in its entirety including the cause, effect and outcome.

These reports are not suitable for valuation surveys for banks and building societies or any other type of financial institutions or lenders. Structural and building surveys and large project building compliance reporting must be undertaken by Chartered surveyors.
Although we have engineers on staff as consultants, we do not perform this type of survey. Our reporting and inspections are suitable for the construction situations listed above and smaller renovation, extension and installations on residential properties and are priced accordingly.
