Sample report #1
Construction supervision inspection & report.
This makeup of this type of report is reliant on the project you are carrying out on your property. Type of work, size, number
of different trades involved etc. will influence the overall price and the supervision package we can offer you.
Some of the standard checks will be:
- Liaise with yourself & contractors to have our inspector call at a crux point during the works on site.
(for instance: During a 'new build extension' we would ideally call at the end of the structural, block, brick and framework portion
of the works prior to the second fix)
- Record all situated works and materials.
- Photograph work and check levels and measurements.
- Check the ground and existing building 'disturbances'
- Check actual work against 'quoted' works for any major discrepancies
- Written report sent by email after inspection outlining inspection point findings.
Other checks by request:
- At any further points in the project extra inspections can be performed until completion where a snag list can be done.
- Health and Safety points can be noted and advice given. Offering you protection against liability, 'public' injury and unforeseen costs and delays.
- Heavy lift advice and checks for compliance.
