The snagging inspection would normally be carried out before you move in and prior to closing of contracts, so that the house builder will have time to rectify all the problems before closing and make you aware that the property is finished to a satisfactory standard. REPORT
Following the inspection your new home snag list will be issued within 36 hours of the inspection with a copy going to you and one directly to the house builder, if requested it can also be forwarded to your agent or solicitor. The list is presented in an easy to understand format and is made up by detailing each problem by room location or area if externally along with digital photos of serious problems. Most importantly it is in a format the builder will understand and recognize to make haste with the issues contained within the property inspection report.
